The DVD has 3 different 30 minute total body workouts. #1 is body weight only. #2 uses medium weights, #3 uses heavy weights. I did workout #1 and liked it. There was a modifier showing low impact versions and you could go at your own pace (faster or slower) for each exercise.

There are 3 blocks. The first two blocks consist of doing each exercise for 60 seconds. In between each exercise, he explains the next one. At the end of the block you do 2 or 3 exercises for 30 seconds each for more cardio effect. The last block is all abs. You do 5 exercises for 30 seconds and then you repeat them all a second time.

It was a good, tough workout if you like body weight exercises (mountain climbers, skaters, some kickboxing moves, etc)

He was good at explaining each exercise & was motivating. I had to laugh when he said "these will kill you but they're so good for you." If it kills you, that's not really a good thing is it? LOL ;)
