This is a 30 minute core workout. You go through a bunch of different exercises for 60 seconds each, starting with the warm up, and never repeating anything.
The first 10 minutes are all standing using one dumbbell (he's using 4 lbs). Then he goes down to the mat for a 60 second plank and then some variations of planks (knee to elbow, rotating your hips, etc.). Then you flip over and do some exercises on your back.
Some of the moves are really advanced but he always shows modifications. For each move, you go at your own pace so you can make this as easy or as hard as you want. There's not too much down time in between moves, maybe just a few seconds so he can explain what's coming up next.
Paul is a very good instructor. Always explains the moves & always gives modifications.
