Jessica leads this workout in a cozy living room set. Jessica shows form pointers & instructs as one exerciser performs the exercises. You will need a stability ball and dumbbells for this workout. This 47 min fully chaptered dvd contains 3 workouts that you can play individually or together. On screen tips and modification options make this great for multiple levels.

Exercises include: 3 sets of 3 exercises performed 3 times each: ball ham pull, ball knee tuck, ball bridge, ball on legs twist, ball pushups, rows, weighted Russian twists, cobra, ball crunches, and side to side shifting lunges.

I rate this a low intermediate level routine that contains a ton of instruction and form pointers. The instruction is perfect for exercisers like me that are not beginners but can always use form pointers for unique routines like theseI, though beginners could also benefit fenjoyed the ball work & interesting exercises. Jessica is a great lead and I look forward to more workouts from her. I received this dvd to review.
