This is such fun. I actually bought it from amazon because of all the positive reviews about it - which didn't actually specify much. Now I can tell you, oh fell vidiots, what it's all about - it's just under an hour long, and is quite a workout - as opposed to being just dance/aerobic oriented, as I thought it would be. It's divided into sections, where you work various parts of the body - the arms, the abs, the hips - meanwhile learning the moves that you will later put together into a routine. The abs workout is especially intriguing, the exercisings are done standing, and you first do pelvic tilts, then draw youf chest up - sounds wierd, but you do feel it in your abs!

The music is great - kind of eastern/pop fusion. The costumes are great - and the crew are SO cute - a mix of body types, from very slim to very rounded - so nice to see normal women in a workout video!

It's the first time in ages I kept smiling during a workout. A buzz!

Highly recommended.

Charming - great attitude, mellow voice, cues well. VERY positive - no rubbish about fatburning or whatever. Oreet has a great attitude - says things like if you're having fun, you're doing it right.
