This is my favorite yoga workout. I know it is for beginners. But for me, I like to do yoga to relax versus strength train. This workout is perfect for relaxing. I also usually feel this in my core the next day if you push yourself a little. You need a yoga block and a yoga strap along with your mat for this workout. It's short, and by the end you feel great.
