Slim & Sculpt Stability Ball is 30 minutes and uses only the stability ball. The workout starts with a warm up and moves into different exercises utilizing the ball for total body. Some of the exercises include hover squats, twists with upper back on the ball, crunches, ball roll outs to work the shoulders, push ups, bridge work and planks.
This workout is great for a day when I don't feel like working out, but want to move. I felt like I accomplished an enjoyable; non-strenuous and relaxing workout.
