This one is broken down wonderfully already.
I have to say this is my most used yoga DVD ever. I love 30 minutes for yoga. I like to do more than just yoga, so an hour is just too long for me. Plus, I feel after 30 minutes I feel good and get enough benefits that I don't feel an hour is necessary.
The hard part is finding yoga DVDs that are 30 minutes that are well done. Travis is it! The sequencing and flow are great. I feel that I get a great flow plus some great stretches. I love his cueing and can do most of workout with not looking at the screen.
He does say an occasional new agey kind of thing, for example "the quantum is mine", "move from the doing into the being"; but its quick and not the overall focus.
I love the music and it feels it complements the workout.
I strongly recommend this DVD to anyone who wants a good flow 30 minute yoga practice. You get 4 practices on this dvd which is a great value.
It also the dvd my husband asks to do all the time and he says it is his favorite.

This is not a beginner dvd as it moves quickly and you need to know the poses. There are some more high intermediate poses like wheel, arm balance, etc; but they move quickly so if I choose not to do them I don't feel like I am wasting a lot of time.

Instructor Comments:
I love Travis. I think he has a very calm voice. I love his cueing.
