This dvd has two 45 minute cardio & strength workouts. Mike leads in a studio set with 4 backgrounders, modifications are provided. You will only need dumbbells for this workout. Get ready to sweat!

Workout One: Contains three circuits, each exercise is performed for 30-60 seconds. Exercises include: squat & jump add clean & press, military to french press, renegade rows w/ pushups & plank jacks, plank donkey kicks, jack to plank jacks, plyo scissors & kicks, lunge - balance deadlift & row, elevator plank taps, hi knee run, diagonal Mt. climbers, running man sit-ups, and full body V's.

Workout Two: Contains three circuits, each exercise is performed for 30-60 seconds. Exercises include: squat -knee to elbow pull adding military press, pivot squat & clean & press, crab toe switches, dead lift row to hi pull, static lunge row - plyo lunges, single leg hop to single leg burpee, skaters, 90 degree squat hops, dip & punch, weighted V ups, canon ball crunch, Russian twist, and weighted toe touches.

These are advanced workouts that will leave you dripping sweat! He really accomplishes a lot in only 45 min- I got a killer cardio w/o and was sore the next day! You can combine the two for one intense session! Lots of unique combo moves, great form pointers & cuing. Love the athletic nature and non-stop controlled pace that allows for moderately heavy poundage. Can not wait for more from Mike!
