The setting for this workout and for 39.0 is a gym in Leadville Colorado, home of the Leadville 100 MTB race. This is a pretty tough workout. I am definitely spent by the last set. During the longer climbs Troy has you change gears and climb out of the saddle to break things up.
Both this workout and 39.0 have a new "dashboard" on the bottom of the screen. It shows Spin Bike Resistance, Bike Gearing Ratio, RPM Target, and Intensity Scale.

Troy was very motivating in this workout. I think he is a great coach and instructor.
