I love this cd. Within a month I was able to see results in my body. All the key areas, the abs and waist, the thighs, the buns, the hips.I must admit that I still find the exercises challenging. the best part is that I find that I have better control of my muscles. There are certain exercises that I still can't do, for example the exercise for the buns where you need to lie on the stomach and lift your legs. I find it difficult, but I am not giving up. Denise Austin is a great instructor and so inspiring.
