This is a series of 3 downloads from which are also available on 1 DVD. The series was done as three 10-minute workouts, all focusing on lower body, no equipment except a mat. Each 10 minutes has a warm up built in, but even the warm up is lower body, so you don't waste any time and are always working lower body. Each segement has standing work and lying-down "mat work." There are standard front lunges, squats, sumo squats, back lunges, leg lifts, and also some one leg work that makes it more challenging. It's Beginner/Intermediate.

Good cues, good personality. I really like Stephanie and am looking forward to trying her other workouts.
