This is the best workout around. I've tried them ALL and nothing gave me better results than this program. My husband and I did these videos together and we both saw amazing results!!

I come from an athletic background and have always worked out! Over the course of my life, I have spent more time in the gym than I would like to admit! I've spent countless hours in the gym and never achieved the results I wanted! I struggled with my weight and constantly felt like I was a yo-yo! Basically, I got sick of it and was on the search for something new! I found BBX Hardcore and I have been doing this program for 6 weeks now. I have seen amazing results!!! My body has become very lean! I have more definition in both my small and large muscle groups, than I ever have had in the past! Not only is my core extremly strong, but I can see definition lines! The best part of all, is that I'm only working out 1 hour a day!!! The days of spending hours each day in the gym are over!!! It is truely amazing! My outlook in regards to working out and what I'm eating has changed and will be forever!
This DVD has real people, who have busy lives, but have worked extremely hard to achieve amazing results! If you are ready to be motivate to work hard, not give up, workout for 1 hour a day, and see results! Then this is for you!
Oh, and did I mention, you don't need any equipment!!!

Dede is amazing! During the DVD, it feels like she is right in your living room with you! Pushing you to work as hard as you possibly can and not letting you give up! She makes it known, that if work your hardest during the hour, that your guarnteed to see results!!



I am 5 weeks into this program and WOW!! I never dreamed I could do anything like this on video and get such amazing results. I've tried all sorts of videos and NEVER experienced change like this. I've lost 12 lbs. so far, and I have more muscle tone that I've ever had in my life. I just turned 42 and am in the best shape I've ever been in. This is a lot of work and takes commitment. My vision of myself has changed, my view towards food and exercise has changed and I've worked so hard these last 5 weeks that I know I will never gain the weight back or my old mentality. Dede is so motivating on the videos, knows when you are feeling tired and pumps you up to make you finish the workout. This is a video of real people seeing real results and working really hard. If you want something quick and easy and want to gain all your weight back, don't do BBX Hardcore. If you are ready to make a life change, then this is the workout for you. This is the most challenged I have ever been from a fitness routine and I love it! I always had a hard time getting in strength training because lifting weights was so boring to me. Using my body as a weight has not only improved my overall strength, but I am amazed at how quickly my muscles have transformed. I have lost inches in all areas of my body including my abs, arms, legs, and even that darn booty :-) I am excited about how strong and confident I have become in just 90 days. The results I have achieved from BBX Hardcore match no other workout I've ever done. Hands down, this is the BEST and MOST EFFECTIVE workout I have ever done! I lost 3% body fat in 7 weeks of doing this workout. It keeps my interest, it is FUN and I love how real all the people are. I recommend this workout to ANYONE, any fitness level, any age. It is amazing!

I've been doing BBX Hardcore for a little over 3 weeks!! I thought level 1 was hard, but as I kept going the levels got harder. But the results that I see now are worth the pain...haha!! I've seen amazing results. Before I started the program my weight was beginning to plateau and once I started the workout my weight began to change. I've gone down 2 pant sizes and I had to by a belt to make all my shirts look acceptable. My muscles are more toned and leaner. People have text and emailed me asking what I'm doing to lose weight and get toned. Even pregnant woman say they want to do the program after they have their baby. I have nothing but good things to say about BBX Hardcore! :)

I purchased BBX Hardcore and am super happy with it! The workout is great with its incorporation of high intensity and old-school fitness drills. I feel great after each workout!!



I LOVE this program!! You don't need to buy any extra weights or equipment - your body is all you need. I have just started Level 2 so I am about 5 weeks into the program. My strength and endurance have increased. I feel resiliant and confident in all parts of my life. The best part (does it get better?) is that I have lost 1 1/2 inches on my waist, almost 3 on my hips and 1 on each thigh. 4 hours a week!!! Yes, they are hard hours but 4 hours a week - you can't beat it!!!!

This program is more than I ever thought it would be. It takes a different approach to sculpt your body. The first month you feel the change more than you can see it. However, although Level 1 is hard it just gets harder and you can really feel the pain at every level. A good pain ofcourse and if a good workout isn't good enough they have great support. Dede has a facebook page and BBX has a facebook page that are used regularly. Anything you have a question about, it is easy to get the answers to. Just as long as you stick to the program I believe you will see dramatic results.

I have only been doing the program for 6 weeks, I haven't lost a lot of weight but I have lost almost 10 inches all over my body. I still have 6 weeks to go which means there is a lot of room for more results.

If you are looking for a great program, this program is probably for you. If you are looking for a program that is easy and doesn't have life changing results in one form or another, find another program.
