This workout is a decent ball workout. It is designed to work the abs and lower body and I felt my thighs after doing it the first few times. I would rank it an intermediate workout as she doesn’t give a lot of instruction on how to work with the ball (although she dos give form pointers throughout), but it is also not a super intense workout for those that crave intensity.

This workout is Liz by herself in an outdoor, garden type of setting. She is explanatory throughout the workout, although I did have to stop it periodically to give myself more time to move into position.

Instructor Comments:
She is upbeat and peppy, but not annoyingly so. She does explain the moves throughout the workout.
