This is a fun but easy, beginner level dance themed aerobics workout, without a lot of choreography to learn. It's not all Go-Go style, there's also surfer music, 70's disco, and more. The workout is designed to start at the top and work your way down, so you start with mostly arms/chest/core to warm up, then add legs. There are things like grapevines and the pony, and Pulp Fiction eyes, flicking the legs out like the mashed potato, the swim arms, the twist, the hustle, etc. I've had it for a few years and this is one I keep coming back to when I need something fun and easy.

Instructor Comments:
Energetic and fun. She seems to be enjoying herself. She doesn't wear the same outfit as on the cover, so it's not as risque' as it appears.
