I really liked this workout, but HIIT 20 isn't *really* 20 minutes. The clock starts at 19, and the HIIT part of the workout ends with a few minutes on the clock. So you really only get I'd say 15ish minutes of actual cardio. I didn't find this one as challenging as some of the others (HIIT 15 was tougher, IMO) but it was still a good quick workout.
Instructor Comments: Chalene is her usual upbeat self in HIIT 20.
