I like the Turbo Fire Hiits as an alternate to Cathe's HIIT workouts. The music is definitely more fun (although not as fun as the Fire workouts in the set), and each interval is slightly choreographed instead of just repeating one move over and over. I do feel like Cathe's workouts are a bit harder than these though. I'm happy to have both.

One flaw in these workouts is that the warm-up is definitely too short. 2 minutes and then you start previewing the first interval. I need a little bit more, so I either repeat, or sometimes do part of the cool-down also. I'm not sure why she made it so short, because the workouts would still be quite short with a few extra minutes of warm-up.

Overall, this is a good workout to own. You don't need all the TF HIITs, but this is one I would keep because it is the longest.
