Wow! What a fantastic cardio workout! Although the title has the word "EZ" in it, this is by no means an easy workout. I actually find this one a bit more of a challenge than TF Fire 45. I believe EZ means there are no intervals in the workout, where the Fire 45 has some.

Pretty high on the impact scale, but there is a low impact modifier up on stage with Chalene for you to follow if you choose to take the impact level down. These workouts can all easily be modified to low impact. The intensity can be kept up there by using weighted gloves (if you're brave!) as some of the class members in the dvd do.

All of the workouts in the TF package have a timer in the bottom right side of the screen, which is nice. The 45 minutes includes both warm up and cool down, neither of which are all that long. There is not really a true stretch but your muscles, especially the back, could definitely use it after this challenge.
