Press jacks
Squat curls
Twist and pivot
Leg raise front
Repeat set

High knee jog with a twist
Squat and reach
Mary Katherine twist
Ski twist
Repeat set

Tires with a twist
Jump side to side over the ball
Knee raise
High low twist pivot
Repeat set

Side lunge, press (ball straight up), pass (push ball out in front)
Yoga chair with alternating lunge back
Hop, ball around the world (hop, then circle the ball side, up, around to the other side, down)
Bella twist
Repeat set

Repeat Round One (Press jacks, etc.) twice
