The DVD has 2-20 minute workouts, hitting about all muscle groups. The 1st workout is done with dumbbells. Denise doesn't spend all that much time on each part, but her lifting speed is generally slow, so you can go heavy if you choose. She alternates upper, lower and abs, and the workout goes quickly because of the variety. The 2nd workout is on the stability ball, and also works all the muscle groups. So if you do both workouts, you can get a solid intermediate workout. The ball workout was fun, and also went by quickly.
I think Denise is a little more serious in this workout. I had traded it away about a year ago, because I thought it was too easy (I hadn't done the stability ball workout back then.) If you are looking for a light day, I would recommend doing 1-20 minute segment. There is no dread factor, and you don't need much equipment - only dumbbells and a stability ball. I expect to get a lot of use out of it, on days I am time-crunched.

Instructor Comments:
Denise looks great and is a little quieter in this workout than in previous ones. She still chats a lot, but always encourging and gives form pointers. J

After reading reviews, I knew that this tape was going to be easy, but I decided to give it a try anyways. I love ball workouts and this one has 20 minutes on the ball. The workout is easily broken into 2 seperate workouts. The first 20 minutes is fairly easy weight work, she rotates between the upper body, lower body, and abs. The second 20 minutes is a little harder, but I would still consider it a beginners workout if you have ever used a stability ball. If you've never used one, I still don't think that it would be too hard. Again she rotates exercises for the upper body, lower body, and abs. All in all it is a decent workout. I don't think that anyone one body part gets enough attention to consider this tape very effective alone. I will use this tape on a relaxing day when I don't feel up to one of Cathe's tape, or as a nice add on to a shorter strength tape.

Instructor Comments:
Denise is her usually self. I know that she annoys a lot of people, but I like her. I need all the encouragement that I can get, and she gives a lot of it.
