This workout is Volume 2, #7. It includes shoulders, biceps and triceps exercises done while balancing on one leg. For most exercises, he is simply standing on one leg. I have noted when he uses any other balancing position. Tony filmed this because he had an elbow injury and could not lift as heavy as usual. He also says it's good for working the core. He uses tubing, hand weights, and push up stands.

Workout time: 33:51

1. Military presses with tubing, 15 reps.

2. Bicep curls, 15 reps.

3. Tricep kickbacks done while balancing in Warrior 3, 15 reps.

4. Arnold press, 15 reps.

5. Bicep 21's, 21 reps.

6. Tricep extensions in bridge, 15 reps.

repeat while balancing on the other leg

7. Pike presses, 10 reps. He does this with his hands on push up stands, his feet elevated and on one leg.

8. Tricep kickbacks with one ankle crossed on opposite knee, 15 reps.

repeat pikes, 12 reps.
repeat tricep kickbacks, 15 reps.

Bonus round:

1. Military press, 15 reps. He uses db's for this round.

2. Bicep 21's, 21 reps.

3. Kickbacks in Warrior 3, 15 reps.

4. Pike presses, switch legs each rep, 12 reps.

5. Kickbacks in Warrior 3.

Tony does not do a warm up or stretch.
