Level- Intermediate.
The Pilates Body Ball Work out uses a small 4 " diameter 1 or 2# ball. She
uses the ball to add stress to the abs by holing it out or over head. This is my
toughest Pilates tape. You need to be familiar with the quing and probably at least
intermediate ability. The tape is 35 minutes long. It seems longer. The setting
is at Maui. It follows a typical intermediate routine except it adds the ball as
resistance.
The next day I am usually sore which is unusual for me. This tape is for people
that want a challenge or to get past a plateau or sticking point. Definately not
for the beginner.

Anna Caban is a true Pilates instructor trained at the NY studio.
I have been doing Pilates at home and in a studio for about 6 years. I use Pilates
as rehab. after a back operation 10 years ago. Anna's Beginner video is the first
one I bought and I still ocasionally use it when I want a mild quick workout. Pilates
has helped my back a great deal. I like Anna's tapes because she rehabilitated a
back injury herself.
