This is a slower-paced power yoga workout. It starts with about 10 minutes of breathing exercises. The workout length WITHOUT the breathing is about an hour. You start with some sun salutations, then you go into what Anne-Marie calls the Sun Power Series which is good, but slow. Following that are standing poses, floor poses, shoulderstand and plough, and finally relaxation. While Im interested enough in this workout to keep it, I did find it a little too slow-paced for my tastes. Her workout is different enough from other workouts to make me want to do it again, but time will tell whether this one remains in my lineup.
