The idea behind this workout is to balance your tamas (lethargy), rajas (motivation, willpower), and sattva (awareness, peace) energies. You do this by holding various poses for a long time, generally a full minute. The total workout is about 25 minutes. I liked this well enough to keep it, and I also liked the idea of working on willpower. However, I’m not sure it’s really worth the $20 list price. If you can get it at a discount and this description sounds like your cup of tea, I would go for it.
