This is slow-paced, relaxing yoga, lasting about an hour and 10 minutes. It is roughly half standing and then half sitting/lying poses and it includes a long svasana at the end. This is one of the few workouts that I would consider truly suitable for anyone. It’s slow enough that beginners can follow it and have time to adjust themselves in the poses, and if you’re more advanced, you have time to go deeper in the stretch and enjoy the luscious-ness. This is a very pleasant workout with good production. Grade A.
