This is a long 75-minute Ashtanga workout. I hesitated buying it because after you have a good Ashtanga Primary tape, whatís the point in having more Ė after all, Ashtanga is Ashtanga. Iím glad I got it, though. This one is slightly modified to be less grueling, but it is not easy by any means. Beryl is an extremely good instructor, and I also found her explanation of the bandhas (or bhandas?) at the beginning to be the clearest Iíve ever heard. Grade A.04/13/2003
