Hot Yoga

This half-hour workout teaches the basics of power yoga. It’s at a beginning level, so someone new to yoga would benefit. The instruction is a voice-over, and features three handsome males in thongs doing the workout. I guess that’s what they’re referring to with the title "Hot" Yoga (snicker). The cover copy says the video is "visually stimulating" (snicker again). Sarcasm aside, although I do think the target market might have been a crowd other than VFers, a beginning yoga student could learn and benefit from this one. But I wouldn’t spend a whole lot on it.
