This is a blend of Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Bikram yoga. It's very well put-together and has nice production quality (including a pretty outdoor setting). This 50-minute workout is not challenging for me, but I am impressed enough to give it an A+ rating. It's great for an experienced beginner (not novice, though). I consider myself an intermediate at yoga, and I really didn't get much out of it either stretch-wise or strength-wise; however, if this instructor were to put out this same tape at a more advanced level, I'd buy it without hesitation.
