The cover of the book that accompanies this workout says it’s 90 minutes, but it’s really 2+ hours! This is a fantastic workout that I love, but 2 hours is way too long – it’s hard enough to find 90 minutes. The workout concentrates on forward-bending moves (seated) that really stretch the legs, lower back, and hips. He holds the poses for a very long time. There is even a 10-minute seated forward bend toward the end. The downside is that I don’t feel balanced at the end – I feel like I need to stretch my shoulders and front torso more. That’s not a big concern for me, though, because this workout is so good overall. Grade A+.
