Note:
▪ The yoga section is slow and deliberate.
▪ The core work extends beyond the core section; it begins during yoga (plank, superman) and continues into floor work (lower abs on the wall).
▪ Great stretch – thorough and relaxing.
▪ The music is ok but some songs are a little loud (e.g. during crescent pose) and others pretty generic (e.g. during pelvic tucks)
