COMMENTS ABOUT INSTRUCTOR: Leslie is her normal chatty self in this video, but for some reason she never bothers me because I guess I tune her out or something. A lot of her comments have been the same ones repeated over the years. She is very non-intimidating in her approach and reminds you that if you can't do a certain move, just walk in place and that's fine.

COMMENTS ABOUT VIDEO: This is a 31 minute long workout video with a 5 minute warm-up and 3 minute stretch/cool down that utilizes a resistance tubing toning belt and is designed for the beginner to intermediate. I found the music really went well with the tape, not too elevator-ish (is that a word) and kept me motivated. While a lot of the upper body exercises with the belt are repetitive, if did give my shoulders and triceps a good burn. I think it is perfect for those days where you want to do something cardio and little to no impact, or like me being pregnant, or even coming off an illness or injury. Also she tells you when a half mile and mile are up, so if you want a short day there you go J There is very little stretching, like most of her videos, which is my only complaint. In this tape Leslie is with a class.
