I just did this workout and I'd like to tell you a little about it. First of all, this tape has been sitting on my shelf for a while saying "Try me!"

The workout is about 16 minutes and consists of a 3 minute warmup, a 10 minute aerobic portion, and 3 minute cool down (note that all times are approximate).

This workout is great if you are pressed for time and need a great calorie burn. The choreography is very simple and low impact. It consists of walking in place, step touches, kicks, knee lifts, and variations on these steps.

There is a bonus 5 minute firming segment which contains lunges, pushups, and crunches.

This workout is good overall. I give it an A.

Instructor Comments:
Leslie is very warm and encouraging. She is motivating and easy to follow.

Best "walk" tape I have ever used. She is an excellent instructor and takes her time with each new movement, unlike other instructors who go so fast that by the time you figure out what they are doing, they are on a new exercise. Leslie is the best.

This is my favorite video. I can keep up with it, yet I feel I'm getting a thorough workout. I like the other participants in the video as well. They are "real people" who are women who have lost some weight and are attractive but are not 18-year-old perfect hardbodies, yet are not overweight or unattractive people. The music in the video is great. The only thing I wish is that the warm up and cool down/stretching segments were a few minutes longer. Otherwise, it's an excellent video and I do it several times a week.

Bought the video from QVC along with a firm up video and stretching bands. So far I've only done the 15 minute mile video and I love it. I use it in my air conditioned house instead of going out into the HOT California sun. I want to buy the 2-mile walk video next. Thanks Leslie.
