Length: 28:34

Format:
~ Steady state running starting at warm-up pace, progressing to tempo pace (approx. 23 minutes)
~ Sprints - 5 x 20-30 second sprints to finish out the workout.
~ There is no real cool-down or stretch

I don't really like this workout much. It is probably my least favorite iTrain workout.

The workout is pretty basic starting at a low level of effort and slowly increasing your effort as the workout progresses. There isn't much that I find fun about the way it is put together. I really need more variety with audio workouts, otherwise I would just run with my own music.

The music is actually pretty good, but not better than my own, so it isn't enough to make me want to do this one again. (I did it twice, and my feelings didn't change.)

Instructor Comments:
I just don't care for Natalie's instruction. I didn't find her as motivating as Grace or Sean O'Malley. She is somewhat monotone in her instruction, and I just didn't find her that inspiring. Her instruction feels a little awkward to me (which I understand, since she is not an instructor by trade.) I probably won't try her other iTrain offerings.
