This contains two workouts, each just a little over 30 minutes. The first starts with some killer plank work and proceeds with glutes (including single-legged wall squats), calves, upper back, and balance work. The second workout has more abs/core, back, thighs, glutes, and triceps. These are not your same old run-of-the-mill exercises. She has a way of coming up with very interesting moves that are not “gimmicky” like you see in some workouts. These puppies work! Charlene’s daughter Xanna also teaches parts of the workout. She’s very pleasant and knowledgeable (just like Mom!). Maybe Xanna will someday be carrying on the family tradition. Grade A+.

This DVD contains 2, half hour workouts. I only did the first one. It contains some pretty basic moves - planks, squats, etc. and Charlene talks a lot about form and setting up the moves - almost too much for me. I felt like too much time was spent setting up moves and not enough reps were actually performed. I like Charlene and this workout would be good for a beginner who would like a lot of form pointers, but I just didn't feel very worked out after doing this one and felt like too much time was wasted between exercises.
