This video was a work out! I like the vidoes alot beacuse it is very easy moves..I know after I did it for 3 days I was feeling it, I could hardley walk!!! I think its well worth it though! I like these videos alot and I am going to keep doing them..I used to work out to Charlene way too giddy for me and whats with the pigtails?

Instructor Comments:
I love Debbie she is very to the point and makes the moves very easy.

I am a college student who is looking to tone up for the summer time. I have been doing the Slim in Six, Burn it up for about 2 and a half weeks and I can already see results. I have lost 11 pounds in the last 2 and a half weeks. I would recommend this video to anyone who wants guaranteed results.

Instructor Comments:
Debbie Siebers is an excellent instructor who shows you how to work hard. She also shows the easy way to do it for those who aren't as limber as others.

I completed this system in six weeks..I did not lose 20 lbs.. I did lose inches about 7 all over..In six weeks I lost 6 lbs. i did sweat alot. The workout is tedious in that it is the same 59 minute workout for 6 days. By the fourth week you really have to motivate yourself to do this tape. I would recommend Tae Bo in place of this system because it is fast paced and there are a variety of tapes to chose from, also its cheaper.

Instructor Comments:
Debbie is cheerful and motivating enough, but she cannot keep count and I found that in certain segments (standing crunches, overhead tricep) I did more reps on one side..Also she tends to trip up her peers.

The 2 DVD Slim in 6 program is very good for people that need to lose a lot of weight and tone up. I only lost a total of 1 inch on my waist and 1 pound, although I am not overweight, I thought this would tone me up a lot more, so I am disappointed. The DVD itself is great for beginners that want to get into an exercise regimen for a healthy body. I do recommend it....its just very fast paced and hard to keep up if you are new to this type of cardio exercising.

Instructor Comments:
Nothing bad to say, she is great!
