I was disappointed in this video. First, you're just watching jack and two other buff guys on a football field. The whole workout is just doing either variations of pushups, situps, leg lifts, or lunges. You get a good workout for the lower abs and chest but really not any other body part. I think body max by cathe friedrich is much harder and also she encourages you, not insults you. I guess it's my own fault. I just wanted a advanced workout, not a gi-jane workout. this would be a great workout for anyone who's interested in joinin the navy seals or just likes doing leg lifts and pushup. you can visit jack's website at www.sealpt.com.
Jack is in superb shape. He does this workout like it's a walk in the park. I am annoyed at the way he talks during the tape. He yells at you and insults you. I mean I guess that's how they do it in the Seals but I just wanted a great workout.
