I didn't feel like I got much of a workout with this one. Some of the upper body
moves are done fairly quickly and are geared toward very light weights, so I think
it would be hard for anyone other than a beginner to get much toning benefit from
10 minutes with light weights. The best section was the abs section. This section
had the most challenging moves and might be good for an add on with another workout.
The music was bland and I found the set a bit distracting - blue lighting in the back, pink and lavender walls on the set and dark red couches with the exercisers wearing bright red clothing - too many different colors going on.
The stretch at the end was surprisingly short - maybe 2 minutes tops.
Her cueing seemed awkward and she did not mirror cue.
