Step 'N Tone

I think Wendy has told the story of Denise.

I like a really good video that's going to get me going the first five minutes ... sorry Denise I just couldn't do it with your video. My opinion is that I didn't get the "step" Q that I would have liked to. I put in another step tape and the first five minutes my heart was moving! Now that's they way I like it! Any good suggestions to a "GOOD" step aerobics tape -- one who can give me the Q's on time? Thanks!
