This is a beginner low impact step workout that is approximately 30 minutes long. It is very basic, which I like on low energy days. The warmup/step portion is about 20 minutes in length and then Shelley follows up with some basic toning with weights. She works the upper & lower body together and concludes with abs/stretch. The setting is pretty, looks like inside a big house. It is just Shelley instructing. This is a Christian based workout and Shelley includes brief motivational scripture.
