Nude Stretching

I didn't really care for the Nude stretching video. The back states there are 45 min or stretching and it is suppose to increase flexibility. However, after the sales ad for there other videos there is only 30 min and the stretches are not held long enough to increase flexibility. It really bugs me when they blatantly lie. There is also no verbal instruction either, you just have to watch and try to follow along. The only thing It might be good for is relaxation. Overall, I give it a D.
