This is a yoga workout, although the title sounds like it could be Pilates or an ab workout. It is a Power-yoga variant about 50 minutes long. It really doesn’t offer anything new in my book, and the instructor is not bad, but not good either. Everything about the workout is just so-so. You do feel worked out when you’re done, but if you’re into Bryan Kest, et. al, you’ll probably be indifferent about this one.
