This is my very first review so bare with me.
I consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I usually workout with Cathe, TLT's and Yoga (Hatha and Kundalini) 6 days a week. This is my first Pilates workout.

Wow, this was fun! The DVD is broken up into 5 sections. The first section is the warm up with the crew of all woman dressed in black shorts and camis. This mostly consists of breathing exercises and pelvic tilts. The next three sections are taught with one of the ladies in the crew. First it's Natalie demonstrating ad work (crunches, something called roll ups etc). Then Kelly with leg and a small amount of arm work (scissors, leg pulls etc). Then it's on to Tiffani`for back work (cobra etc). Finally it's back to the group for some sexy leg exercises with lots of pile squats, hip circles and a few striper moves thrown in the end. Nothing in the workout (except the ab work) is too difficult. I will use this one for rest days or when I'm not feeling motivated to do anything.

I assume most of the moves are Pilate exercises but with a sexy emphases/twist. This instructor is a cute blond with a nice speaking voice. She pretty much teaches by voiceover except for the warm up and cool down. She reminds you to "feel sexy" and "love you body". The camera gets the occasional butt shot and definitely films the woman nicely. Nothing is sleazy in this workout and the picture quality is superb. My only criticism would be the cueing is not always the best but it really doesn't matter too much. I'm sure I will get it all the second time through.

I really liked this workout. I can see how the emphases is to create heat in the body, abs, legs, back and a focus on sexy intentions. I have to admit, I did feel a little sexy afterward and my body was nicely worked but still had lots of energy for (cough) other things ;0)
