What was I thinking? I like Michelle LeMay and thought the gospel music would be good, so I guess I had an optimistic feeling about this workout. I was right about the gospel music being good, but I think you'd be better off using this workout as a music video than actually workout out with it. The choregography is very basic and mostly low impact. It's also very slow paced and poorly cued by Michelle. The camera focuses as much on the gospel singers as it does on Michelle and the other exercisers. This poses problems at times because Michelle stops cueing periodically - maybe she doesn't want to talk over the singers - but when the camera was on the singers and Michelle wasn't cueing, I had no idea what steps I was supposed to be doing. Even when Michelle did cue, it was hard to tell what was coming up until I saw her do the actual movement. It's not like you'll get behind much because, like I said, the workout is pretty slow paced, but it was annoying. I did not care for this one at all.

Instructor Comments:
I first became aware of Michelle from Jane Fonda's Step and Stretch workout and like her very much, but I thought her cueing was poor on this workout.
