This is my favorite workout tape. I wish Richard would put it out in DVD format.
I took it slow until I could A. master all of the steps and B. make it through the entire tape. I lost 10 pounds in about 6 weeks using this tape 6 days a week. Note: If you aren't a Simmons fan you might not enjoy this workout - he isn't for everyone - but those of us who love him get the results we're looking for!



This tape is my favorite exercise video! I used it for 4-5 times a week for about a year before it became too easy for me. I lost 11 pounds doing this tape. It is really encouraging to see the "real" people and know that if they can do it, so can I.

Instructor Comments:
Richard is great! He is very motivating and encouraging. His voice can get annoying after awhile, but overall I don't mind. He is funny and keeps me motivated.

I did not like this video. Actually, I turned it off after about 20 minutes and turned to my regular video, Tony Little. Richard Simmons could learn a few things from him, like letting you know when to change and what to do next. I was very disappointed, after all the hype, I expected this to be totally different.

My advice, go out and get Tony Little!

He is very irritating. I don't see what people find so motivational about him. It would be nice of him to actually teach you a move before he goes off and starts doing, so that you are left wondering what is going on.
