I really enjoyed this one. You do have your step and boxing moves down as she assumes you know basic step and boxing moves. Her cueing was good and I was able to follow along well. I liked the combination of moves and that it was a mix of step and boxing. The only downside is that the step portion is only 30 minutes (did not do the cardio weight section...I like to do my weights separately). I wish the workout was longer.
