The title of this DVD is really misnamed. It really is a stretch video with a few Pilates moves thrown in. Do not buy this looking for Pilates.

It is filmed on a beach in Maui. There are two shots, the behind one has fog and a mountain. Off to the right is more beach and trees. The scenery is gorgeous. The sound of the waves is audible throughout the entire workout.

The warm up last about 20 minutes. It really is stretching not warming up. She holds the stretches for a longer than normal amount of time. I found no Pilates type moves in this section.

Then she moves onto abs for about another 20 minutes. There are a few Pilates moves in this part. Back is the last 18 or so minutes.

If you are looking for a long, beatiful, relaxing, peaceful stretch video I would highly recommend this.

Instructor Comments:
Eva doesn't speak while doing the workout. Her voice as a voice over is pleasant and relaxing. She wears black capri pants and a red top.
