This video really disappointed me. I expected a great workout and got an okay one. I feel that the producion is cheap, and the movements they do aren't the best. Bodyshaping is my favorite tv fitness show but this video isn't my favorite tape.

Laurie and jenifer are okay, but for some reason mary jean annoys me. I think i enjoy watching their television show rather than doing this video.
