is a 40+ strength only workout led by Tracie with a large group of background exercisers. This workout is a "parts" workout compiled from the strength segments from Tortoise & Hare vids. You will need a tall & short box or Fanny Lifter, a variety of dumbbells and she uses a barbell but I just stuck w/ dumbbells.

I absolutely love this workout! It is serious strength training with NO wasted time but I didnt feel rushed at all either. Tracie is an excellent lead and cues perfectly. I always knew which leg we were on and what was next. She also tells you what you will be doing next so you know which weights to grab. The moves are sequenced nicely so you never have to fumble switching up your poundage.

There are quite a few sets of leg press in this bad boy, lunges, dips, tricep extensions, bicep curls, lat row, overhead press, tricep kickbacks, overhead tricep extensions, upright row, squats, hover squats, and more. it is your typical Firm fare but put together wonderfully. I really enjoy this w/o and should do it more. It is very time efficient.

She thourghouly works each and every muscle group IMO. Nothing (maybe lower back) is left out here and I am feeling this today from yesterdays workout. She goes slow enough to allow for heavy poundage. My heartrate was up and I was sweating though there are no straight cardio moves in this w/o.
