This work remains enjoyable to me 4 years after its release. I don't do the entire workout all that frequently, but when I do it, I really enjoy it. I like functional workouts that focus on the core and this falls into that group. It also (as the name implies) has a big focus on the glutes, which is also good. It's a circuit workout, so it stays interesting, since you are changing up what you are doing frequently.

It is chaptered fairly well - by song. It is not perfect, but good enough for most things. I do the core specific songs more frequently than anything else - which includes a section at the beginning and a section at the end. The core work it unique and fun. The leg work is mostly non-weighted or with a medicine ball. It includes some gliding work (Tracie calls it "rag" work) which is pretty effective.

I also really like the stretching segments (both at the beginning and end of the workout.) It is a dynamic stretch that flows well and really makes me feel good after.

Instructor Comments:
I enjoy working out with Tracie. She is professional, but not boring, and offers up a lot of form suggestions that are very helpful. Her cueing isn't perfect, but it isn't too hard to catch on.
