I am a beginner at working out to a video, or working out in general. I'm 19, and decided to get that little pudge off. While in Walmart I found this video, and decided to give it a try.

First, the warm up. The marching was pretty easy, but I found new moves were added so fast, and without instruction, besides her doing the actual move on my screen, I had to rewind it a couple times. I quickly got fed up with it and turned it off for the night. I tried again this morning, and once I did it again it was easy to do with minimal effort. Not to say I didn't work up a sweat.

Then, the weight cardio part 1. It was easy, no problem, I did it without weights, because it was my first time. But I found it to be a good workout.

Next, the straight cardio. It was like dancing. But, usually, with dancing you are taught step by step. I got easily confused, as to where to put my feet and how she was crossing her legs over. There was no step by step it was more of a "Do this!" I was extremely happy when this segment was finished.

After there was some more weight cardio, which was pretty straight forward.

Then came the kickboxing. I am not a very well coordinated and need to be shown how to do something step by step, as I said earlier. I found myself laughing at the fact I looked completely ridiculous trying to keep up with them and how to kick, punch and pull.

All in all, with practice, I'm sure anyone could master it. And I did work up quite a sweat!

For 5 bucks, I'm not complaining.
