This workout is similar in style to Vol. 2, Workout 1. There's about 5 minutes per body part, with pulses and tempo changes. The warm up is weighted, not cardio. The main differences I saw were:

1. More use of the step, for triceps dips and Firm-style lunges on the step.
2. More use of dumbbells as the last exercise for some muscle groups. For example, working the biceps at an angle with dumbbells at the very end of the biceps segment.
3. Each body part was worked with a combo of moves that was repeated for 3 sets. There's a short break and quick stretch between the 2nd and 3rd sets (because your muslces are BURNING after the 2nd set!)

This was a great workout, I really enjoyed it. Different enough from Workout 1 to keep it interesting. Good picture, sound, same light set as Workout 1.

Music is electronic techno type stuff. The moves seem to stay on the beat of the music, as far as I could tell. But I'm not sensative to that kind of thing with strength training, I notice it more with cardio so ymmv.

Instructor Comments:
The instructor is Ashley, she is a different instructor from Workout 1. I thought her cues and form pointers were great. It looked like she kept her eyes closed a lot of the time, which was weird but I didn't find it too distracting.
